Whish one could get a few more passes for a few friends. It was great experience!
Love resort pass and enjoyed staying at grand Hyatt Manchester. We had disappointing experience in morning at paradise point but we were able to work with resort pass team and they solved it and later book at grand Hyatt Manchester in San Diego. There should be policy for refund with in 1 hr or something if you don’t like particular resort.
Easy and amazing! Felt like an elite tourist in my own hometown. Great property options...just around the corner!
Returned within months... maybe it was the cabana, or the mojito... idk. Love it !
Zero customer service-nothing available even though tried for two months in advance. Unhappy can’t wait to finish using my credit and never use this service again
we always have a nice time and the selection of resorts in orlando are worth it
The booking and checking in was fine but the service was subpar! The hotel pool and beach area are not well staffed. The lounge chairs at the pool side were dirty and some are missing cushions. It was not a good experience. Also, there was no kids' area at the beach as advertised on the Resort Pass website. We will not be purchasing another day pass for this hotel.
I initially booked the wrong type of service, it was rectified immediately and I am saying I already feel this is going to be a great experience!
There were Broken glass bottles. The area was smaller then they advertised
Chairs are not Guaranteed and people are allowed to put their towels on the chairs to hold them and they leave and never come back. I think some rules are in order.
